Ordering Information

To purchase any item, simply browse through our website for anything you fancy. There are detailed pictures for your viewing as well as product descriptions that provide you with detailed information of the merchandise for you to make your purchasing decision. Once you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, simply email to let us know the item number, colour, and quantity. Minimum order is 30 pieces in total order quantity, regardless of designs and colours. We will furnish you with a bulk purchase FOB price accordingly.

If you could not find the designs you want, please email us a description and picture/drawing of your design and we will custom-made the design for you!

Shipping and Handling

Item will be shipped out from Singapore or our factory in Vietnam/China depending on the order quantity. Lead time usually lies between 6 to 8 weeks after payment clearance.

All goods will be seriously packed and shipped out via FEDEX or any preferred freight forwarder appointed by the customer. We assume no liability for late delivery or goods damaged or missing during transportation. However, we will give our fullest assistance to our customers in tracking the goods in case such situation should happen.

Accepted Mode of Payment

We accept PayPal, TT and direct bank transfer (if you have a Singapore bank account).

Order will be processed only after the receipt of 100% of total product costs delivery charges. Goods will be shipped immediately after the goods are quality checked.

Money Back Guarantee / Returns

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with the product you received, please inform us immediately. The purchased item must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received. Please inform us within 1 week of receipt if you would like to return the merchandise. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees if they were to ship back the items. We will do a one-to-one exchange of the same item once we received the faulty item and no refund will be issued. All fees incurred in returning the goods to the customers will be borne by us. If the item is out-of-stock, a full refund excluding all shipping and handling fees will be issued. However, we reserve the right not to do any refund for minor scratches and chipping of product.
 

If the returned item is not faulty, there will be a 30% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. In this case, customers will also have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for returning the goods.

All shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
