Ordering Information
To purchase any item, simply
browse through our website for anything you fancy. There are
pictures for your viewing as well as product descriptions that provide
you with detailed information of the merchandise for you to make your
purchasing decision. Once you have selected the item/s you wish to
purchase, simply click on the "Add
to Cart" button provided by PayPal. Please be reminded to choose the colour
for the item you desire. Click on the "View Cart" button to look at the
items you have chosen to purchase.
All payments made by overseas customers are
in USD.
If you could not find the
designs you want, please email us a description and picture/drawing
of your design and we will custom-made the design for you!
Shipping and Handling
Item will be shipped out from Singapore.
Packages usually ships within 48 hours after payment clearance. Shipping
usually takes about 7-10 working days.
Additional Shipping and Handling
Services:
If you would like to use any
additional shipping and handling services, please state it in the
"Feedback Welcome" section when you are making your purchase.
Alternatively, you could send us an email immediately after you have
made your purchase, stating clearly your name, preferences and items you
have purchased. In addition, please add in the appropriate cost when
sending payment via
PayPal.
All goods posted out from us will be seriously packed under
registered airmail. We assume no liability for
postal late delivery or goods damaged or missing during transportation.
However, we will give our fullest assistance to our customers in tracking the mail/parcel in case such
situation should happen.

We accept PayPal, and major credit cards payment via PayPal.
Items will be sent out 48 hours after payment
clearance.
Money Back Guarantee / Returns
If for some reason you are
not totally satisfied with the product you received, please inform us
immediately. The purchased item must
be returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received.
Please inform us within 1 week of receipt if you would like to return
the merchandise. Please note that customers are responsible for the
shipping fees if they were to ship back the items.
We will do a one-to-one exchange of the same item once we received the
faulty item and no refund will be
issued. All fees incurred in returning the goods to the customers will
be borne by us. If the item is out-of-stock, a full refund excluding all
shipping and handling fees will be issued. However, we reserve the right
not to do any refund for minor scratches and chipping of product.
If the returned item is not faulty, there will be a 25%
restocking fee
for all non-defective products returned. In
this case, customers will also have to pay the shipping and handling fees for returning the goods.
All shipping, handling, and insurance fees
are non-refundable.
