Ordering Information

To purchase any item, simply browse through our website for anything you fancy. There are pictures for your viewing as well as product descriptions that provide you with detailed information of the merchandise for you to make your purchasing decision. Once you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, simply email to let us know the item number, colour, and quantity.

Alternatively, you could make use of the shopping cart provided by PayPal to make your purchase. Please be reminded to choose the colour for the item you desire. In this case, payment will be made in USD. All shipping and handling fees reflected in your bill will be fully refunded upon delivery.

If you could not find the designs you want, please email us with a description and picture/drawing of your design and we will custom-make the design for you!

Delivery

All deliveries made within Singapore are free and it should reach the recipient within 5 working days.

Accepted Mode of Payment

We accept PayPal (most preferred), Personal Check, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery if you place your order through email.

We accept PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard if you place your order through PayPal shopping cart.

Items will be sent out 48 hours after payment clearance (except COD terms).

Money Back Guarantee / Returns

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with the product you received, please inform us immediately. The purchased item must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received within a 7-days period. We will do a one-to-one exchange of the same item and no refund will be issued. If the item is out-of-stock, a full refund will be issued. However, we reserve the right not to do any refund for minor scratches and chipping of product.

If the returned item is not faulty, there will be a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
